Membership Incentive Point System

Effective Since:  Spring 2008

The point system has been developed to encourage active membership in HBSA and to provide incentives for those who are active in the organization.

Active membership consists atending 6 of general meetings, 2 social events, and 1 community service or fundraiser each semester. 

One semester of active membership constitutes:

1.)    Paid fee to either Fall Luncheon or Spring Banquet

2.)    Entry into semester directory, which get distributed to professionals

3.)    Eligibility to run for an Officer position

Two consecutive semesters of active membership constitutes:

1.)    Paid registration fee to annual NHBA conference*

2.)    Eligibility for annual scholarship

3.)    Eligibility for ordering an HBSA graduation sash**
